Vivienne Kibble LRAD ARAD AISTD AIDTA

Principal of Pointe the Way Ballet School

Having grown up and trained in London, Vivienne graduated from the RAD as a ballet teacher and came to work in the Midlands.

She has worked extensively in the performing arts sector as a guest lecturer and choreographer. She established her own dance school in Coventry and took a break from teaching to bring up her 3 boys. She is a partner in running the highly successfull Leamington & Warwick Academy of Dance and has trained many students and teachers who have persued a career in Dance.

Taking over as principal in July 2016 she hopes to build on and expand the excellent work that Julia Essex, the school's founder, has done.

"I will be looking for more performing opportunities for the students and hope to expand the curriculum in 2017"

Vivienne and her husband Gavin are part of the leadership at Mosaic Church Coventry and have done extensive work with children and young people. Vivienne still runs the toddler group in her spare time.

Miss Helena has been teaching a wide range of agegroups and styles of dance. She is an energetic teacher who draws on her wide variety of qualifications to make her classes creative and exciting.

She also runs her own school in Dorridge called Jump dance Academy and works at LWAD for Miss Vivienne

"I believe that learning to dance should be a positive and enjoyable experience-creating lasting memories for the student whether they decide to pursue a career in dance or not" 

Miss Helena will be teaching at our Balsall Common Branch and Tuesdays at Solihull.

 

Miss Belinda Stephen

Belinda trained at the Bush Davies vocational school in Surrey. She teachers for and is the administrator for LWAD. Both her daughters have trained with Miss Vivienne.

She works extensively with sports for schools and brings a great deal of experience and creativity to her teaching that the students will enjoy. Prepare to be challenged.

Belinda will teach on Wednesdays at Solihull.

 

 

All Teachers have enhanced DBS certificates and First Aid Training.
